Our agency client is seeking a highly organized and technically savvy Digital Producer to oversee the execution, maintenance, and optimization of digital experiences across websites, campaigns, integrations, and supporting infrastructure. This role blends project management, technical production, quality assurance, and digital operations, ensuring digital assets are delivered on time, perform optimally, and maintain the highest standards of security, functionality, and user experience. Job Responsibility
Manage the end-to-end execution of digital projects, including websites, campaigns, integrations, and supporting infrastructure, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
Coordinate cross-functional teams, lead project meetings, maintain schedules, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders
Maintain and update WordPress websites, oversee content deployment, plugin management, hosting environments, and staging-to-production workflows
Configure and support integrations with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Zapier, Mailchimp, Vimeo, and other third-party tools
Manage digital infrastructure, including domains, DNS records, SSL certificates, email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and hosting environments
Perform quality assurance testing, troubleshoot technical issues, validate integrations and data flows, and ensure optimal website functionality and performance
Monitor website security, implement updates and best practices, support incident response efforts, and maintain compliance standards
Provide technical support, optimize digital assets for web performance, and maintain documentation, vendor relationships, software licensing, and digital operations processes
Requirements
3+ years of experience in digital production, web operations, technical project management, or a related field
Hands-on experience managing WordPress websites, CMS platforms, hosting environments, domains, DNS records, and SSL certificates
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Wrike, Jira, Asana, GitHub, or similar platforms
Experience integrating and supporting marketing technology platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Zapier, Vimeo, and related tools
Knowledge of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC), website security best practices, and infrastructure management
Experience conducting QA testing, troubleshooting technical issues, validating integrations, and supporting digital campaign execution
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and familiarity with web analytics, reporting, and performance optimization
Understanding of Agile, SCRUM, or similar project management methodologies
Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working in agency, consulting, or other fast-paced, cross-functional environments is preferred
