Job Description:

Xpert Resourcing are currently recruiting for a busy and well-established manufacturing business who are looking to add a Digital Press Machine Operator to their production team on a permanent basis.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operating and setting digital printing machinery
  • Ensuring high-quality output through first-off and in-process checks
  • Carrying out routine and breakdown maintenance on equipment
  • Preparing materials in line with job specifications
  • Working to production schedules to achieve OTIF targets
  • Maintaining accurate production records and documentation
  • Keeping machines and work areas clean and organised
  • Reporting faults or issues with machinery promptly
  • Supporting cross training and assisting in other areas when required

Requirements:

  • Trained or time-served printer/operator (digital print preferred)
  • Experience with print processes and equipment maintenance
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic IT skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
