Job Responsibility

Act as the main point of contact to receive client requests, provide estimates, schedule and monitor production
Responsible for invoicing printing services performed at the digital print centre using a dedicated web application (training provided)
Maintain monthly report logs and data for billing purposes
Track specific orders using Excel tools
Maintain appropriate inventory levels of supplies
Resolve basic issues to meet production and delivery requirements
Willingness and ability to learn and develop new skills
Use standard finishing equipment (cutters, binders, laminators, hole punchers)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (e.g., boxes of paper)
