Job Description:

This role involves providing technical leadership and consulting to external customers and internal project teams, with responsibilities including solution development, customer interaction, and technical writing. Requires a blend of engineering and business skills, technical knowledge of servers and datacenter systems, and customer management expertise.

Job Responsibility:

Interact with sales/pursuit team in country and work with them to understand the customer requirements and create quotes etc.
Identify the technological solutions needed to fulfill the business objectives of the customer and be able to interact with people (customer and internal HPE) at all levels and geographies
Work in collaboration with sales to develop pricing quotes and SoW for in-pursuit deals
As Solution Architect with country Pursuit Team and develop end-to-end solutions for managed services delivery to exempted customers
Identify and contribute to projects to improve services, customer satisfaction, profitability, and team efficiency
Technical writing skills will be required to publish required documents
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and have an ability to drive the conversation/discussion
Possess a strong customer focus with the ability to manage escalations, balancing the needs of the customer, the HPE teams (Sales/ Pursuit/ Delivery)

Requirements:

Basic knowledge on servers, storage systems, Networking and Datacenter
Need technical knowledge to work on Excel such as VLOOKUP, Pivot table, Macros Etc.
Need basic knowledge on pricing tools
Should have capability to handle pressure during Peak times
Educational Qualification – Bachelor/Master’s degree (either in STEM or in Humanities/Commerce with equivalent technical certification) along with relevant experience
Technical knowledge (must have): Computer/Server Hardware, Storage, Datacenter, Operating System etc.
Technical knowledge (good to have, at least one or two): Networking, Virtualization, Cloud, Containers, or other emerging technologies
Proficiency in working knowledge of MS office
Language: English (Fluent – Written & Spoken)
