Digital Presales Solution Architect

• Provides support to sales to provide opportunity solution pricing
• Handles End-to-End pricing solutions in scope for the Solutions Center team
• Interacts and collaborates with sales/pursuit teams to understand customer requirements and develop pricing quote and SoW
• Contributes to design for specific deliverables and assists in development of technical solutions
• Ensures that incoming deals meet acceptance guidelines
• Understands company's technology to deliver technical design that meets customer requirements
• Identifies technology solutions needed to fulfill customer business objectives
• Uses appropriate tools to provide support for proposals development
• Communicates effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Manages escalations, balancing needs of customer and HPE teams

• Bachelor or Master's degree (Computer Science, Engineering/IT, etc.)
• 1-2 years of experience in IT industry field and presales solutions support
• Fluent in written and verbal English
• Fluent in other foreign language (German, Spanish, French or Italian as a 2nd language) is a strong advantage
• Fast learner of technology concepts
• Good analytical and problem solving skills

• Intermediate/advanced MS Excel
