This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office. Job Responsibility:

  • Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams
  • responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers’ business needs

  • maintain knowledge of leading edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge

  • shape technical direction and technical strategies within the organization and for external customers
  • accountable for consistent and significant chargeability levels (or expense relief for internal project teams) and for assisting in meeting or exceeding revenue and customer satisfaction goals
  • contribute to organization’s profitability by generating and cultivating new business opportunities and by providing technical support for deal proposal development

Requirements:

  • 1 - 2 years of technical experience
  • concluded university program in computer science or business administration with a desired focus in the IT area
  • proficient in MS Office Suite (Primary focus on Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • computer architecture knowledge
  • strong English communication skills, written and spoken (C1 or C2 Proficient)
  • sense of urgency to manage time properly when answering customers
  • great attention to detail
  • strong teamwork
  • able to produce basic documentation to required standards
  • demonstrates understanding of assigned discipline or technical area
