NTT DATA Americas is looking for a Digital Pre-Sales Technical Architect / AI Solutions Architect to help expand our presence in the North American market. This role will drive growth across Custom Applications, Agentic AI, Process Optimization, Cloud Modernization, Intelligent Automation, and Digital Transformation offerings. The Senior Advisor will provide solution architecture leadership, pre-sales expertise, and subject matter expertise in enterprise AI adoption, agentic systems, application modernization, and cloud-native platforms. This role will help shape strategic opportunities, develop differentiated offerings, and align technology solutions to client business priorities. The successful candidate will combine strong technical depth, executive presence, consultative selling experience, and the ability to create compelling client value propositions through storytelling, solution design, and business outcome alignment.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead pre-sales solution architecture for large and complex digital transformation opportunities
  • Shape and originate deals across Custom Application Development, Agentic AI, AI/ML, Automation, Cloud Migration, and Legacy Modernization
  • Design scalable AI-enabled enterprise architectures using LLMs, agentic frameworks, cloud AI platforms, automation tools, data platforms, and modern application engineering practices
  • Develop solution blueprints, proposals, estimates, transformation roadmaps, reference architectures, and go-to-market assets
  • Articulate compelling and differentiated value propositions aligned to client business imperatives
  • Partner with sales, delivery, practice, product, and senior leadership teams to develop deal strategy and solution approach
  • Advise clients on process optimization, intelligent automation, enterprise AI adoption, AI governance, and modernization strategy
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders, ecosystem partners, and internal leadership
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, cost-effective, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture principles
  • Mentor teams and contribute to thought leadership around Agentic AI, cloud-native modernization, and digital product engineering

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, IT services, digital transformation, or technology sales
  • 8+ years of experience negotiating, shaping, and closing large professional services deals
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Custom Application Development, Application Architecture, Cloud Migration, Legacy Modernization, or Enterprise Architecture
  • Experience designing or delivering AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, advanced analytics, or cloud-native solutions
  • 10+ years of cross-industry experience with strong understanding of technology, operations, and enterprise transformation landscapes
  • Demonstrated experience engaging senior business and technology stakeholders in Fortune 500 organizations
