Job Description:

Digital Pre-sales Solution Architect for HPE Greenlake working on creation of new deals with HPE's Sales and Pre-Sales teams, representing the HPE Greenlake solution

Job Responsibility:

Interact with sales/pursuit team to understand customer requirements and create quotes
Identify HPE Services solutions needed to fulfil customer business objectives
Work with sales to develop pricing quote and SoW for in-pursuit deals
Identify and contribute to projects to improve services, customer satisfaction, profitability and team efficiency
Publish required documents using technical writing skills
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Manage escalations balancing customer needs and HPE team requirements

Requirements:

1-3 years of technical experience
Associate of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area (two year college program)
without a degree, 2-4 years of relevant technical experience
Proficient in Japanese Language (verbal and written)
Good communication in English
Demonstrates understanding of assigned discipline or technical area
Demonstrate fundamental technical knowledge
