Job Description:

Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams; understand customers' businesses and maintain effective customer relationships; act as a trusted advisor and contribute to the company's solutions portfolio

Job Responsibility:

Delivery of assigned tasks within the delivery cycle of a project
provide technical systems management support or deliver part of a detailed technical design which meets customer requirements
perform systems configurations, troubleshoot systems errors/problems, monitor and/or test systems performance
contribute to the design of technical solutions for customer environments
work under supervision of technical lead
act professionally with customers
participate in chosen technical community or profession

Requirements:

1 - 3 years of technical experience and an Associate of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study
without a degree, 2-4 years of relevant technical experience
sufficient technical knowledge to assist with the completion of specific deliverables
able to communicate concepts with team and to peers
able to produce basic documentation to required standards
demonstrates understanding of assigned discipline or technical area
fundamental technical knowledge
