Job Responsibility

  • Lead and develop a lean team of product managers embedded across value stream aligned teams, setting the standard for strategic thinking, prioritisation and delivery excellence
  • Own the strategy, evolution and success of Movember.com and Movember’s mobile apps, our flagship global fundraising and supporter platforms serving millions across multiple markets
  • Define and lead a compelling long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap that positions Movember.com as a world-class peer-to-peer platform
  • Drive a significant platform modernisation agenda, shaping the next era of Movember's digital ecosystem
  • Partner with senior leaders across Technology, Marketing, Fundraising and Communications to turn strategy into platform-level outcomes
  • Embed a culture of experimentation, conversion optimisation and evidence-based decision making across web and app experiences
  • Oversee roadmap trade-offs across markets and stakeholder groups, balancing long-term strategic vision with short-term commercial and supporter impact
  • Champion the exploration and integration of AI across our product ecosystem, proactively identifying high-impact opportunities to experiment, unlock new value and reimagine supporter experiences at scale
  • Establish and lead a Product Community of Practice, strengthening product capability and shared standards across Movember’s portfolios globally

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience owning strategy and roadmap delivery for complex, large-scale digital platforms, web and/or mobile apps
  • Demonstrated strategic range at portfolio level, including defining product vision and roadmap, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, gain buy-in and build momentum around that vision
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing product managers with a track record of raising the bar for the people around you
  • Experience working with cross-functional product teams across engineering, design and analytics
  • A proven track record delivering platform-level improvements through experimentation, optimisation and data-led prioritisation
  • Experience leading digital platform modernisation or transformation initiatives
  • Ability to interpret product performance data and translate insights into strategic decisions
  • Familiarity with modern web architectures and native app environments

Nice to have

  • Experience operating in global or multi-market environments
  • Exposure to AI-supported product development, automation or decision-support tooling
  • Experience with high-traffic consumer platforms, marketplaces or peer-to-peer ecosystems
  • Product marketing or growth optimisation experience
