Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital PMO with at least 3 years of experience in the role to join our team in Turin.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and manage digital projects
  • define project goals, requirements, and delivery timeframes, creating a detailed plan to achieve them, and monitor project progress
  • Govern the system integrator, documenting business requirements and translating them into IT functional requirements for application development following IT guidelines and templates
  • Coordinate the development team, work closely with the development team to ensure that everyone is aligned and that activities are coordinated effectively
  • Communicate with clients
  • be the point of contact between the development team and clients, effectively communicating project goals and progress
  • Manage the proper planning and execution of UAT and E2E testing with technical teams and customers up to live design

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in the field or related area (B2C digital projects, websites or mobile apps)
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Agile certification a plus
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, collaborating with development leads, internal colleagues, and management
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Work independently (with some supervision) and prioritize multiple competing assignments appropriately to meet deadlines while adapting to a rapidly changing environment
  • Willingness to work in a team
  • Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC)
