As Digital PMO Lead, you’ll establish and grow our digital PMO / Project Controls capability locally. You’ll drive the adoption of innovative digital solutions, shape how projects are delivered, and inspire both our people and our clients to embrace the future of project management. This is a role for a builder, a connector, and a thought leader — someone who can translate vision into delivery, and delivery into lasting impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build & Lead – Establish a high-performing delivery capability in digital PMO and project controls, while supporting sales and recruitment
  • Shape the Community – Animate and grow our Digital PMO community of practice, fostering collaboration and expertise sharing
  • Champion Digital – Be the face of digital transformation within M|P and with clients
  • speak at industry events and act as a trusted advisor
  • Enable Change – Drive training and change management to boost adoption of digital tools across project teams and client organisations
  • Deploy Solutions – Lead the rollout of digital PMO solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and measurable value creation
  • Support Growth – Contribute to bids, solution design, and mobilisation of new client engagements involving digital PMO
  • Stay Ahead – Track emerging trends in project controls and digital PMO to keep our offer cutting-edge
  • Grow Talent – Identify, qualify, and nurture digital PMO talent, building the next generation of experts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project controls and PMO, with a strong grasp of digital tools, methods, and data-driven delivery
  • Hands-on leadership of complex projects, ideally in consultancy or client-facing settings
  • Strong communicator and influencer, able to engage stakeholders from project teams to executives
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insight and action
  • Self-starter who thrives in both team and independent environments
  • Familiarity with Clayverest and other digital PMO platforms (a plus)
  • Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) desirable
