Job Description

Chestnut Hill Realty has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Platforms & Data Systems Manager. In this newly created role, you will maintain our key digital platforms, improve system efficiency, and ensure data is accurate and accessible company wide. You will work closely with departments across our portfolio to support reporting needs, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall user experience. You will be leading the platforms to help drive efficiency, accuracy, and insight across our portfolio through technology and data.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the administration and continuous optimization of CHR's core business platforms, ensuring they effectively support operational workflows and business objectives
  • Establish and enforce data management standards, including data quality, consistency, ownership, and reporting protocols across all core systems
  • Lead the design, implementation, and support of system integrations, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient data flow between platforms
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of data used in any analytics and business processes
  • Lead and manage platform-related projects, including system enhancements, new implementations, and cross-departmental initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement of digital platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree, or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum of five to seven (5-7) years' experience with (platforms/business systems)
  • Minimum of two (2) years project management experience preferred
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or similar operational environments preferred
  • Experience supporting and optimizing integrated systems ecosystems, including ERP, CRM, and operational platforms (Yardi or similar strongly preferred)
