Job Description

Reporting to the head of Digital Platforms & Transformation on the Brand, Innovation, and Content team, the successful candidate will be a hands-on expert responsible for both driving our Vertical AI transformation and establishing foundational best practices for our public-owned marketing sites. This role is perfect for a forward-thinking marketer who is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge AI to create business value while also building and maintaining a world-class, stable, and scalable digital infrastructure.

Job Responsibility

  • Actively contribute to and execute the Vertical AI transformation roadmap, taking ownership of key workstreams and projects
  • Identify, research, and evaluate critical vertical Marketing AI tools and platforms
  • Design, manage, and execute strategic Proof of Concept (POC) projects to test and validate the business case for new AI-powered marketing capabilities
  • Drive the hands-on implementation and optimization of AI tools
  • Develop and manage frameworks to measure the performance and ROI of AI initiatives
  • Define, document, and implement foundational best practices for our public-facing, marketing-owned sites, focusing on performance, SEO, accessibility, security, and scalability
  • Act as a subject matter expert and steward for our digital platforms, including the upcoming Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) replatforming
  • Proactively monitor site health and performance, identify areas for improvement, and work with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements

Requirements

  • Experience in a role focused on digital marketing, marketing technology, or digital platform management
  • Demonstrable experience with or deep knowledge of AI's application in marketing (e.g., Generative AI, personalization engines, predictive analytics)
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, analytics, or AI-powered marketing tools is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of the architecture and infrastructure of modern public-facing websites
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-level Content Management Systems (CMS)
