The Role: This is a 6-month maternity leave cover role for a Digital Platform Specialist to join a busy marketing team. You will be responsible for managing and optimising web and content platforms, bringing together customer journey thinking, content strategy, and marketing automation to drive engagement and performance. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys testing, learning, and optimising continuously.
Job Responsibility
Managing and optimising digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience
Developing and executing content strategies aligned to customer journey mapping and business objectives
Managing SEO and GEO optimisation across platforms
Building and executing marketing automation campaigns including email marketing, landing pages, and workflows
Tracking and analysing platform performance, generating insights and recommendations for improvement
Ensuring brand consistency and voice across all digital touchpoints
Collaborating with writers, designers, and wider marketing stakeholders to deliver high-quality content
Managing CRM data integrity and reporting on campaign performance
Requirements
3 to 6 years of experience in digital platform management, content optimisation, or a similar role
Strong understanding of SEO, GEO, and customer journey principles
Proficient in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
Experienced in analytics and turning data into actionable insights
Graphic design experience is important and will be highly regarded
Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Commercially minded and proactive, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Strong communicator with the ability to present digital performance clearly to stakeholders
