Job Responsibility

  • Manage the coordination with different digital banking areas to consolidate enhancements and requirements
  • Lead Follow up efforts on projects milestones, deliverables, timeline, budget, and resources requirements
  • Monitor the execution of digital projects, and ensure they are delivered as per the SOW and required quality standards
  • Follow-up on digital channels campaigns after setting the plan with Head of Digital Planning to engage customers throughout their life cycle in coordination with marketing and communication departments to enhance customer loyalty and product adoption
  • Coordinate with the concerned stakeholders in conducting necessary market research analysis to Identify customer needs and digital opportunities
  • Review statistical data and dashboard for the purpose of tracking the channel/service performance and activation
  • Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital banking and their success through different KPI measurements
  • Coordinate with the concerned stakeholders in initiating surveys to collect customers feedback and insights
  • Identify customer’s pain points through NPS/surveys feedback and insights with the purpose of enhancements where applicable
  • Ensure proper customer/staff awareness regarding digital products and services
  • Follow up on app. store rating, customer’s feedback, and customer request through digital channels
  • Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of the Permanent Supervision, Compliance and Money Laundering, Operational Risk, and Workplace Success Guidelines whenever and wherever possible
  • Ensure the correct adoption of policies and procedures in order to guarantee that the bank business is conducted in compliance with Local Laws, Internal Rules and Regulations, as well as International Standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field from a reputable university
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the banking field with deep knowledge of all the Banking products and the Market
  • Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills
  • High analytic and observational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the products development stages and life cycle
  • Ability to handle projects and cross-functional relationships with different stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Basic understanding of system design concepts, understanding of testing principles and processes
  • Problem solving capabilities
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written/spoken)
  • Very good computer skills
  • Analytical, Innovative, Self-motivated, Creative, and Proactive
