Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to take ownership of our used car digital presence and on-site display standards. This role is key in ensuring our vehicles are presented to the highest standard both online and in-store, delivering a seamless customer experience from first click to showroom visit.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage Auto Trader and Williams used car portals, ensuring all vehicles are live, accurate, and up to date
  • Create high-quality vehicle adverts using correct specifications and descriptions
  • Ensure every car is professionally photographed (minimum 30 images)
  • Maintain showroom and forecourt standards, ensuring all vehicles are clean, priced, and retail-ready
  • Plan and manage workload and on-site activity effectively

Requirements

  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience with online sales platforms (e.g. Auto Trader) preferred
  • Good IT and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high standards
  • Basic photography skills (or willingness to learn)

  • Must have a reliable automobile and clean driving record in order to travel and be on location multiple days throughout the week
  • Consistently meet and exceed the requirements set forth by our clients and partners, and maintain a high level of accountability for all processes related to shooting the photos
