Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Performance Specialist to strengthen our digital marketing efforts and help expand online visibility across Atlanta, Georgia. In this permanent role, you will support enrollment-focused campaigns, improve local search presence, and contribute to lead generation initiatives for a multi-location brand. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, a collaborative approach, and a passion for using digital channels to drive measurable results.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive digital marketing activities that improve brand visibility, support parent enrollment objectives, and contribute to franchise lead generation
  • Oversee and refine local business listing information across multiple locations to increase search visibility, website visits, and inbound inquiries
  • Assist with online reputation efforts by encouraging review growth, guiding response approaches, and helping resolve escalated feedback issues
  • Coordinate digital setup for newly opened locations, including business profile activation and local search readiness
  • Act as the first point of contact for routine digital marketing support requests, addressing standard needs and routing complex issues to appropriate partners
  • Track local digital performance metrics, identify patterns in results, and share actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on website updates, testing efforts, and broader optimization projects
  • Create and maintain reference materials, guides, and training content that promote consistent digital marketing practices across the organization
  • Organize campaign and channel performance data to support reporting, planning, and strategic decision-making

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a closely related field
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Google Business Profile, Yext, SEMrush, Optimizely, FullStory, Mailchimp, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Working knowledge of local search optimization and core digital marketing principles
  • Basic understanding of paid media, web analytics, email campaigns, or related digital channels
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience supporting franchise, multi-location, or distributed business models is preferred
