Job Description

The Digital Performance Specialist supports the execution of digital marketing initiatives that enhance local visibility, drive enrollment, and improve overall performance across franchise locations. This role plays a key part in supporting franchise teams with day-to-day digital needs, helping resolve issues, optimize platforms, and ensure consistency across the system. This position serves as a primary resource for digital support, handling platform-related requests such as review management, local listing updates, and search visibility challenges, while escalating more complex issues as needed. It also assists with onboarding and setup for new locations, including website launches, ownership transitions, and digital platform migrations. The role contributes to local SEO and listings (GEO) efforts, helping maintain accuracy, improve search performance, and identify optimization opportunities. In addition, the Specialist supports website enhancements, testing initiatives, and performance tracking in partnership with internal teams and agency partners. This individual will also help develop training resources and provide guidance to franchise owners, enabling stronger understanding and adoption of digital marketing best practices. Overall, the position helps shift the broader team from reactive support to more proactive, performance-driven initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or digital performance support
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, WordPress, and digital reporting platforms
  • Familiarity with platforms like Google Business Profile, Yext, SEMrush, Optimizely, FullStory, or similar tools preferred
  • Working knowledge of SEO and local search optimization (GEO/listings management)
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage and resolve digital support requests, including troubleshooting and escalation
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support and train non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams and franchise locations
  • Self-starter with curiosity and a continuous learning mindset
  • Franchise or multi-location experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to work onsite four days per week
