Ticketek Ovation is evolving its media function to be a truly data-led, full-funnel performance engine. As the Digital & Performance Media Manager, you will lead the strategy, planning, and optimisation of digital media campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and emerging digital media driving commercial outcomes through ticket sales for events and partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Play a key role in paid digital strategy and planning with cross functional client management, data, partners and analytics teams as required
  • Develop and oversee digital media campaign and implementation across digital and biddable media, working closely with our internal programmatic specialist team
  • Manage platform-specific budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to ensure efficiency and ROI
  • Work collaboratively across audience segmentation, targeting and testing strategies unique to each platform
  • Ensure flawless execution of campaign setup, tracking implementation, tagging compliance, and reporting integrity
  • Guide platform innovation and channel testing across emerging formats, automation, and AI-powered targeting tools
  • Drive executional excellence, operational rigor, and adoption of marketing analytics best practice
  • Oversee the execution and optimisation of campaigns across Paid Social and biddable media
  • Translate insights from GA4, BigQuery, and Looker Studio into actionable campaign strategies and optimisations
  • Own performance measurement frameworks, reporting standards, and post-campaign analysis to drive ROI and learning
  • Manage and mentor the Digital & Performance Media Executive, providing coaching, feedback, and development pathways
  • Build and manage campaign timelines, ensuring key dates, budgets, and deliverables are met
  • Work with CRM and data teams to activate and optimise first-party audience segments and customer journeys across paid and owned touchpoints
  • Liaise regularly with key platforms and publishers to surface new test & learn or educational opportunities for the team

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a performance marketing or digital media role
  • Deep platform knowledge of existing and emerging digital and biddable channels
  • Experience leading or mentoring a team within a digital media environment
  • Strong grasp of media buying principles, performance metrics, and attribution methodologies

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in sport, entertainment, ticketing, or events
  • Exposure to cloud-based analytics environments such as BigQuery, GA4, and Looker Studio
  • Experience activating audiences from CDPs or cloud data lakes in DV360, Google Ads, or CRM-integrated campaigns
  • Understanding of incrementality testing, multi-touch attribution, and privacy-first campaign design
