We are on a mission to create the world’s greatest club through our Rapha Cycling Club (RCC). The Digital Performance Executive will support this mission by working across our digital marketing channels as the engine driving campaign effectiveness, responsible for the hands-on implementation, analysis, and optimisation of our paid media efforts. The successful candidate will have a sharp focus on data, turning performance metrics into actionable insights that inform our strategic direction. Working closely with our Creative and E-Commerce teams, your mission is to ensure campaigns meet Rapha’s high standards while maximising customer acquisition and driving measurable commercial success.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the growth of the global paid marketing strategy in line with overall business goals
  • Deliver hands-on execution and optimisation of campaigns across numerous platforms, including Google, Meta, and TikTok
  • Regularly test and iterate on creatives, targeting, and campaign structures to improve key KPI metrics
  • Leverage data to ensure marketing budgets are allocated effectively for maximum return
  • Monitor and analyse performance across multiple markets, drawing insights that influence broader digital strategy
  • Support the planning, forecasting, and tracking of performance metrics
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and report back on results to the wider team
  • Ensure all campaigns stay within budget while achieving growth and efficiency targets
  • Work closely with the eCommerce, Analytics, CRM, and Creative teams to ensure alignment across all digital channels
  • Help grow and optimise relationships with external partners and data/insight platforms
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure all paid assets meet brand standards and drive performance

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in paid media, specifically working within platforms
  • Proven success in setting up and executing campaigns across Paid Search (Google) and, ideally, Paid Social (Meta, TikTok)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or BI platforms
  • Experience working with six-figure marketing budgets and a focus on driving ROI
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear actions
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work at pace in a results-oriented environment
