Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and curious professional to join our Payments Operations team in Madrid. This role offers the opportunity to grow in the fast-moving world of e-commerce and digital payments, working hands-on with payment processes across multiple markets. We value strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product and tech teams. As part of the team, you will help us manage and optimize our digital payment processes, ensuring seamless transactions for our global user base.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze and optimize digital payment processes to enhance efficiency and user experience
Lead the onboarding of new payment methods and providers, coordinating with product and tech teams for seamless integration

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Data Analytics or a related field
1-2 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related)
Experience in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization
Experience monitoring and reporting on payment performance KPIs across different markets
Experience reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts related to payment service providers (PSPs), acquirers, and other payment partners
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven experience in measuring and analyzing payment performance KPIs across multiple markets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Very high level of English

Nice to have:

Experience in digital payments within a merchant, PSP, or acquirer environment
Experience with fraud prevention, detection, and dispute resolution
Familiarity with global payment regulations and compliance standards
