Perform any type of printing from simple photocopying to scanning and printing on digital equipment, both Large and Small format, Black & White/Color requests
Monitor levels of site inventory and order replenishment if needed
Coordinate pickup and delivery of packages with BluEdge branches
Communicate with Branch Managers and department managers regarding print production offsite
Key Operator on all BluEdge on-site equipment
Operate and maintain client-owned equipment
Work/Cross train in other areas during periods of downtime
Requirements:
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a Digital Print Operations/Customer Service role at an on-site client facility’s Print Room or Print Shop with client/customer contact
Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
Must be self-managed, be willing to learn new things, work well with others, have a positive attitude, and have schedule flexibility
Possesses solid verbal & written communication & interpersonal skills are essential to interface with clients @ site
