Job Description

As a Delivery Leader, you will be the digital transformation champion. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, implementing advanced technologies, and ensuring alignment with Carrier's global digital strategy. You will lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and integrate digital solutions into core processes

Job Responsibility

  • Lead Digital Transformation: Execute the site's digital roadmap, delivering impactful initiatives that improve productivity and quality
  • Drive Innovation: Identify and implement emerging technologies to optimize operations and enable smart solutions
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the liaison between local operations and global DT/IT teams to ensure seamless alignment
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to cybersecurity, data integrity, and global standards
  • Change Management: Promote digital adoption through training and cultural change initiatives
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and report progress to leadership

Requirements

  • 7+ years in similar roles such as Digital Transformation Lead, IT Site Manager, preferably in an industrial environment
  • Strong knowledge of digital manufacturing technologies (IoT, automation, analytics)
  • Experience in program/project management and IT governance
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and compliance frameworks
  • Proficiency in data analysis and KPI tracking tools
  • Leadership & Influence: Ability to inspire teams and lead cross-functional collaboration
