As a Delivery Leader, you will be the digital transformation champion. Job Responsibility
Lead Digital Transformation: Execute the site's digital roadmap, delivering impactful initiatives that improve productivity and quality
Drive Innovation: Identify and implement emerging technologies to optimize operations and enable smart solutions
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the liaison between local operations and global DT/IT teams to ensure seamless alignment
Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to cybersecurity, data integrity, and global standards
Change Management: Promote digital adoption through training and cultural change initiatives
Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and report progress to leadership
Requirements
7+ years in similar roles such as Digital Transformation Lead, IT Site Manager, preferably in an industrial environment
Strong knowledge of digital manufacturing technologies (IoT, automation, analytics)
Experience in program/project management and IT governance
Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and compliance frameworks
Proficiency in data analysis and KPI tracking tools
Leadership & Influence: Ability to inspire teams and lead cross-functional collaboration
Strategic Thinking: Align site initiatives with global objectives
Change Management: Skilled in driving cultural and behavioral shifts toward digital adoption
