Job Description:

As a Digital operations Assistant, you will, along with the Digital Operations Specialist, manage the photo studio process. Arranging photography shoots and processing supplier imagery in the required format and quality both from own bought brands and concessions. Combined with requesting and processing supplier imagery from brands, identifying which products need to be shot and arranging for them to be sent to the photo studio.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the photo studio process
  • Arrange photography shoots and process supplier imagery
  • Create/support concession data and work collaboratively with brands
  • Effectively manage and minimise products that are in stock and not on site (ISNOS)
  • Ensure enrichment is up to date and be the point of contact for brands
  • Work with brands to ensure assets are being sent before stock is delivered
  • Maintain the accuracy of the online range by removing old products and adding new
  • Deal with queries from suppliers, B&M, Photo Studio, Digital team and Customer Services
  • Responsible for turning stockpots off/on for NPS issues
  • Maintain relevant supplier information within team guidelines
  • Conduct regular Online site-walks
  • Attend regular sales, trade, operations and studio meetings
