Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Operations & Production Transformation Lead to support a major web and email digital operations transformation initiative for a leading enterprise organization in the pharma space. This role will drive execution of transformation subprojects that improve how digital experiences are built, launched, and managed across web and email channels. You will work closely with digital, IT, marketing, and agency partners to frame opportunities, redesign workflows, document new processes, and lead adoption across stakeholder groups. This is a highly cross-functional, execution-focused transformation role - ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of digital production, marketing technology, and operational excellence. This is not a developer role - it is a digital operations and transformation leadership role.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead digital operations and production transformation subprojects across web and email ecosystems
  • Translate workshop and strategy outputs into executable project plans
  • Document and redesign digital production workflows and processes
  • Drive rollout and adoption of new processes across marketing and agency partners
  • Partner with web and email build teams (including external agency partners) to enable new operating models
  • Develop scalable templates for digital assets (email and web) to improve efficiency
  • Create communication and change-management materials to support rollout to marketers and agencies
  • Build and maintain operational KPI dashboards demonstrating production volume, accuracy, and performance
  • Identify additional opportunities to improve digital production efficiency and transformation roadmap
  • Maintain and update transformation roadmap views for both working teams and leadership stakeholders
