Job Responsibility

Lead digital operations and production transformation subprojects across web and email ecosystems

Partner with web and email build teams (including external agency partners) to enable new operating models
Develop scalable templates for digital assets (email and web) to improve efficiency
Create communication and change-management materials to support rollout to marketers and agencies
Build and maintain operational KPI dashboards demonstrating production volume, accuracy, and performance
Identify additional opportunities to improve digital production efficiency and transformation roadmap
