Job Description:

Lead the digital strategy for a prestigious international jewelry brand and grow your career in a dynamic and supportive team.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the development and execution of e-commerce strategies, including website usability improvements and e-merchandising initiatives
Develop and implement paid and organic social media campaigns in alignment with the global strategy
Manage the content calendar and creation for various digital channels
Lead the management and analysis of data for digital marketing and e-commerce campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and driving optimizations
Collaborate with internal and external teams on projects related to social media, CRM, and other digital channels

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and social media
Experience in the luxury goods or jewelry industry is highly desirable
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Fluency in Japanese and business-level English
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
