We are looking for Creatives who can pivot seamlessly between high-impact digital assets (Social, Web, Email) and physical touchpoints, including secondary packaging and in-store collateral.
Job Responsibility:
Execute 360-degree digital campaigns including social media (organic & paid), high-converting e-commerce assets (PDP), email marketing, and site refreshes
Adapt digital concepts for physical environments, including secondary packaging, PR kits, and promotional point-of-sale (POS) materials
Partner with Creative Directors and Marketing leads to concept new product launches
Maintain masterful color retouching, image compositing, and typography standards
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple product lines, ensuring a cohesive and 'luxe' feel across all price points
Requirements:
2-8+ years in a design role, preferably within a Creative Agency or an in-house Beauty, Fashion, or Luxury Retail brand
A strong portfolio demonstrating both digital-first thinking and an understanding of print/packaging production (layout, dielines, and typography)
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field
Nice to have:
Experience with After Effects/Motion Graphics, Figma, or 3D rendering (Adobe Dimension/Blender) is a significant advantage
