Job Description

We are looking for Creatives who can pivot seamlessly between high-impact digital assets (Social, Web, Email) and physical touchpoints, including secondary packaging and in-store collateral.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute 360-degree digital campaigns including social media (organic & paid), high-converting e-commerce assets (PDP), email marketing, and site refreshes
  • Adapt digital concepts for physical environments, including secondary packaging, PR kits, and promotional point-of-sale (POS) materials
  • Partner with Creative Directors and Marketing leads to concept new product launches
  • Maintain masterful color retouching, image compositing, and typography standards
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple product lines, ensuring a cohesive and 'luxe' feel across all price points

Requirements

  • 2-8+ years in a design role, preferably within a Creative Agency or an in-house Beauty, Fashion, or Luxury Retail brand
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating both digital-first thinking and an understanding of print/packaging production (layout, dielines, and typography)
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field

Nice to have

Experience with After Effects/Motion Graphics, Figma, or 3D rendering (Adobe Dimension/Blender) is a significant advantage
