Job Description:

Digital Merchandising Executive for First Choice responsible for executing onsite merchandising campaigns and offers that resonate with customers and align with commercial requirements. Working in fast paced commercial environment to improve website trading performance while ensuring inspirational, engaging and relevant user experience.

Job Responsibility:

Ownership of on-site merchandising and execution of all trading activities aligned with promotional calendar
Working closely with Content, User Experience and Design teams to provide excellent user experience
Producing weekly and monthly reporting & analysis on site performance
Create personalised experiences for customers using behavior recognition tools
Support Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) initiatives
Ensure best-in-class website that evolves with customers
Responsible for accuracy of product life-cycle including promotional spaces, discounting, categorisation
Work with digital marketing teams to optimize traffic for E-Commerce channels
Monitor market trends to optimize product listings and collections
Support Senior Digital Merchandising Manager in identifying website improvement opportunities

Requirements:

Experience in working in a merchandising role in an online environment
Highly analytical with ability to turn data into opportunities for increasing revenue
Experience with GA or Adobe Analytics is preferred
Strong desire to innovate, test and learn
Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
Creative thinker who is customer obsessed
Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player
