Job Description

Flipdish is transforming how restaurants and hospitality businesses bring their menus online from dine-in to delivery, across all digital touchpoints. We’re expanding our team in Karachi and looking for Digital Menu Content Executives who will help restaurants convert their traditional menus into beautiful, high-performing digital versions for the Flipdish platform.

Job Responsibility

  • Digitise Menus: Convert restaurant menus from various formats (PDFs, spreadsheets, websites) into optimised digital menus for the Flipdish system
  • Enhance Presentation: Ensure every menu looks professional, consistent, and easy for customers to navigate
  • Manage Projects: Handle multiple customer accounts at once, tracking progress, meeting deadlines, and maintaining quality standards
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams and clients to review, update, and finalise menus
  • Quality Control: Audit menus for errors, ensure pricing and item details are accurate, and maintain a seamless user experience

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured information and content
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken - mandatory)
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively
  • A customer-focused mindset — you enjoy solving problems and helping businesses grow
  • Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or tech industry is a plus, but not required
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, if you don’t meet all but 70% of the requirements, we’d love to hear from you!
