Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Digital Media Specialist to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will excel in managing paid social campaigns, collaborating with creators and influencers, and supporting digital and search media efforts. This role requires a proactive individual who can analyze performance metrics, optimize strategies, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the execution and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Snapchat
  • Build and oversee campaign structures, budgets, pacing, testing plans, and optimization strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and implement real-time adjustments to enhance results
  • Analyze campaign data to identify insights and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders
  • Support paid campaigns that involve creators, influencers, and affiliates, including whitelisting and creator-led strategies
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure assets are tailored for paid distribution and provide feedback on content formats and messaging
  • Assist in the execution and optimization of Google Ads campaigns across Search, YouTube, and Display
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and provide feedback on creative and landing pages
  • Explore innovative advertising formats and test new features to improve campaign outcomes

Requirements
