Job Description

As a Digital Media Retoucher (6-month Fixed Term Contract), you’ll play a vital role in enhancing and delivering high-quality visual assets across our portfolio. From editing and compositing to optimising and uploading imagery, your work will directly influence customer perception and engagement. You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment, leveraging both traditional retouching techniques and modern AI tools to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver high-quality image retouching aligned with brand standards and workflows
  • Inspect, edit, crop, and quality-check large volumes of property imagery
  • Use AI-powered editing and generative tools to enhance productivity and output quality
  • Manage and organize digital assets with precision and accuracy
  • Collaborate with the Digital Media Team to support BAU activity and continuous improvement
  • Recommend enhancements to processes, tools, and workflows
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and secure handling of all assets

Requirements

  • Commercial retouching experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Bridge
  • Strong macOS knowledge
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retouching environment
  • Expertise in compositing, colour correction, and clipping paths
  • Experience using AI-powered editing tools and generative retouching techniques
  • Excellent organisation, file management, and attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of digital photography principles
  • Strong visual eye for quality, consistency, and detail

Nice to have

  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
  • Video editing skills
  • Background in digital photography
  • Previous experience in property or real estate retouching
