Job Description

The Digital Media Planner Analyst supports the evaluation and optimization of Walmart’s digital media performance across organic and paid digital channels. This role focuses on analyzing campaign results, monitoring KPIs, and generating actionable insights to support business and media decision-making for new users acquisition. The position is execution- and analysis-driven, with limited involvement in media planning and budget definition.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor and analyze performance of digital media campaigns across various channels
  • Detect opportunities of new channels for new customers acquisition in a CPA payment model
  • Own recurring performance reporting, including dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Track and interpret KPIs such as CPA, CTR, CVR, reach and frequency
  • Identify performance trends, risks and optimization opportunities, and share recommendations with senior team members
  • Support evaluation of media efficiency by channel, format, platform and campaign objective
  • Assist in budget pacing analysis and delivery health checks
  • Collaborate with analytics and marketing teams to align media results with commercial goals

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in digital media, performance marketing or analytics (agency or client-side)
  • Solid understanding of digital media KPIs and performance measurement

  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas)
