We’re looking for a Digital Media Manager to plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns that drive measurable results for our clients. At Anchour, media is a core and growing part of what we deliver. In this role, you'll manage substantial paid media budgets across a portfolio of clients in multiple industries, primarily across Google and Meta, with involvement in connected TV and programmatic. You'll own the strategy, the execution, the pacing, and the reporting, and you'll do it with the kind of rigor that comes from treating every dollar like it's your own.
Job Responsibility:
Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, connected TV, and YouTube
Monitor campaigns daily, tracking pacing, performance, and budget delivery
Set up campaigns correctly from the start with proper structure, tracking, naming conventions, and attribution
Proactively adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and creative based on performance signals
Stay current on platform changes, new features, and best practices across Google and Meta
Develop media strategies that align with client goals
Test audiences, creative variations, and bidding strategies methodically
Make clear recommendations on where to invest, where to pull back, and why
Manage significant media budgets across multiple clients simultaneously
Build and maintain automated reporting systems
Present results in a way that connects media activity to business outcomes
Support client reporting calls with prepared, confident analysis and clear next steps
Work closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to align media execution with broader campaign goals
Provide performance insights that inform creative direction
Coordinate with project managers to ensure campaigns launch on time and run smoothly
Requirements:
Agency Experience: 3+ years managing paid media at a digital or performance marketing agency
Platform Depth: Hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads Manager
Budget Management at Scale: Comfortable managing significant paid media budgets across multiple clients simultaneously
Daily Discipline: You check your campaigns every day
Reporting Infrastructure: You build systems, not spreadsheets
Data Storytelling: You explain what happened, why it happened, and what you're doing about it
Strategic Conviction: You form opinions about what's working and what isn't
AI-Integrated Workflow: You're using AI tools to work smarter
Multi-Industry Fluency: Comfortable managing media for clients across different industries
New England-Based: Must be located in New England
