We are on the hunt for a dynamic Digital Media Specialist who thrives in the trenches of digital media execution. This role is tailor-made for someone who loves directly activating campaigns within programmatic and paid social environments, and able to jump into paid search management with a basic to intermediate proficiency. This role will include both B2C and B2B client work and will require not only a strong work ethic, critical thinking, and fierce curiosity, but the willingness and ability to develop an understanding of ABM as a go-to-market strategy for our B2B clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Actively manage and optimize digital media campaigns across Programmatic platforms like DV360 and The TradeDesk, and Paid Social platforms including LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and Instagram, with periodic involvement in Google Ads
  • Day-to-day optimizations, pacing, and management to meet and exceed client KPIs
  • Maintain a strategic perspective on how each campaign fits within the broader marketing/media strategy of our clients and adjusting based on performance data
  • Analyze campaign performance against KPIs, generate media performance reports, and distill actionable insights to continuously optimize the campaigns
  • Present findings in clear and concise formats to both internal teams and clients
  • Occasionally communicate with clients to explain campaign strategies, optimizations, and outcomes
  • Ensure clients and internal stakeholders are clearly informed and satisfied with the performance and strategic direction of the campaigns

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in media planning & buying at an agency
  • Direct hands-on experience in Paid Social, Programmatic, and exposure to Paid Search
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Finance, or a related field
