Job Description

Dunn&Co.’s media team is growing! We are looking for a Digital Media Manager who is passionate about the ever-changing world of media, and stays up to date on all things digital. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns.

Job Responsibility

  • Designs optimal buys in terms of cost efficiency, goal delivery and vendor agreements
  • Assists with presentation of digital tactical plan recommendations
  • Responsible for implementing all campaign tracking and trafficking
  • Assists with the creation and presentation of digital performance reports
  • Responsible for flowchart creation & maintenance, media invoice reconciliation and budget stewardship
  • Executes and manages digital media campaigns, including bid management, A/B testing, analytics tracking, regular optimizations, etc.
  • Continually evaluates and recommends additional digital media platforms and tactics that could positively impact campaign performance

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of digital media buying experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint (or Keynote)
  • Possesses above-average math skills with proven ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement changes rapidly
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Nice to have

  • Traditional media planning or buying experience
  • Campaign management and optimization experience within search and/or social platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok, etc.
  • Looker Studio experience
  • GA4 experience
