On the Waymo Marketing team, you will help to connect people with the magic and impact of Waymo's autonomous driving technology. Our team has the unique opportunity to not only grow Waymo's brand from the ground up, but to also build societal acceptance for autonomous driving technology for the first time in history. We build thoughtful marketing strategy, positioning, messaging and creative assets to deliver messages that matter to our audience, communicated through anything from video content, to social media interactions, to immersive physical experiences. Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute integrated digital media strategies that unify brand and growth into a cohesive full-funnel approach
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns across paid social, search, programmatic, and emerging platforms from strategy through continuous testing and optimization
  • Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, Comms, Public Affairs, Policy, and media agencies to align storytelling and execution
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of channel managers while fostering innovation and excellence
  • Define and optimize full-funnel KPIs, connecting brand engagement, reach, acquisition, retention, and lifetime value to business impact

Requirements:

  • 15+ years in digital marketing leading teams and integrated campaigns, with a proven record of unifying brand and performance into full-funnel strategies
  • Deep expertise in paid social, search, programmatic, and emerging digital platforms across mobile and web, with a track record of optimizing channels for both performance and brand equity
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define, measure, and connect digital KPIs to business impact
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration with brand, comms, analytics, and product/UX teams
  • Track record of scaling teams, fostering innovation, and setting high standards for digital execution

  • Prepare media plan presentations with strategy, targeting, and placement recommendations and present to Nebo clients
