We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Digital Media Designer to join our fast‑paced, service‑oriented Imagineering team. In this role, you will design, support, and deliver high‑quality audio‑visual experiences for live, virtual, and hybrid events. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to produce engaging content, maintain advanced A/V systems, and ensure seamless global connectivity. Job Responsibility:
Deliver live and post‑produced large‑scale internal video events, broadcast streams, and executive presentations
Support Imagineering’s global collaboration needs, ensuring high‑quality connectivity and reliable communication experiences
Assemble, operate, and maintain professional audio equipment, including mixing consoles, microphones, playback devices, and recording systems
Install, configure, and troubleshoot commercial A/V systems such as DSPs, controllers, video routers, video processors, cameras, and conferencing systems (Q‑SYS, Cisco, Harman)
Ensure all conference rooms, meeting spaces, and event environments remain functional, optimized, and production‑ready
Implement and maintain digital signage systems, including content software, hardware devices, scheduling, and deployment workflows
Use theatrical lighting, projection, camera operation, and image processing to produce high‑impact visuals and immersive presentation experiences
Collaborate with internal partners to design creative technical solutions that elevate storytelling, communication, and event engagement
Requirements:
Hands‑on experience with audio‑visual production, including live event execution and post‑production workflows
Strong working knowledge of commercial A/V systems (DSP, switching, routing, video processing) and platforms such as Q‑SYS, Cisco, and Harman
Proficiency with audio mixing and use of professional sound reproduction equipment
Experience with cameras, projection, theatrical lighting, and image optimization
Ability to install, configure, and maintain digital signage systems, including both hardware and software components
Strong troubleshooting skills across audio, video, networking, and presentation technologies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a creative, fast‑moving environment
Nice to have:
Experience supporting large corporate or creative/Imagineering‑style environments
Familiarity with broadcast production, streaming platforms, and real‑time content delivery technologies
Knowledge of IT, networking, and AV-over-IP systems
