Shape the future of Haypp’s retail media through data storytelling, deep‑dive analysis, and actionable insights. You will be part of the Global Partnership organisation, working closely with the commercial, media, product and data teams to unlock the full value of our rapidly growing retail media ecosystem. Retail media at Haypp is performancedriven and sits at the intersection of media, ecommerce, and revenue operations. In this role, you will own all media reporting and deepdive analysis of consumer behaviour related to our media products - transforming raw data into insights that drive strategic decisions for both Haypp and our suppliers.
Job Responsibility:
Market & Media Analysis: Assess and evaluate campaign performance across retail media and off‑site channels. Analyse engagement, reach, and ROI to uncover trends and optimization opportunities
Business Insights & Storytelling: Translate media data into strategic recommendations that guide commercial decisions for Haypp and our suppliers
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with commercial, product, data, and marketing teams to identify opportunities and shape media‑driven strategies
Dashboarding & Reporting: Improve and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that track key metrics across markets and suppliers
Advanced Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and interpret large multi‑source datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and business‑critical insights
Process Optimization: Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing scalable solutions
Competitor & Industry Benchmarking: Conduct industry and competitor analysis to help shape the evolution of our retail media offering
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field
7+ years of experience in analytical roles, preferably in a media setting or online retail environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Experience with Google analytics and media ad-serving tools as well as data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, Looker or similar platforms is a preferred
Experience with SQL or comparable data‑querying tools (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Presto) is plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with changing priorities
