Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives across search, email, and social platforms to increase engagement and support business goals
Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools, interpret key metrics, and recommend adjustments that improve reach, conversions, and return on investment
Create persuasive ad and promotional content tailored to target audiences while maintaining brand consistency across channels
Oversee paid search efforts using Google Ads and related advertising tools, including budget tracking, optimization, and audience targeting
Coordinate email marketing activities, from campaign setup through reporting, to strengthen customer communication and nurture prospects
Support the company’s social media presence by planning content, scheduling posts, and evaluating engagement trends
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, media, or a related field
Hands-on experience or coursework using Google Analytics
Working knowledge of SEO concepts and local/geo-marketing strategies
Comfortable reviewing and interpreting marketing traffic and performance data
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Nice to have:
Experience in the real estate or multifamily industry
Familiarity with tools such as RentCafe, SOCi, or similar marketing/CRM platforms
Bilingual in English and Spanish
