Job Responsibility

  • Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives across search, email, and social platforms to increase engagement and support business goals

  • Create persuasive ad and promotional content tailored to target audiences while maintaining brand consistency across channels

  • Coordinate email marketing activities, from campaign setup through reporting, to strengthen customer communication and nurture prospects

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, media, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience or coursework using Google Analytics
  • Working knowledge of SEO concepts and local/geo-marketing strategies
  • Comfortable reviewing and interpreting marketing traffic and performance data
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Nice to have

  • Experience in the real estate or multifamily industry
  • Familiarity with tools such as RentCafe, SOCi, or similar marketing/CRM platforms
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
