An Account Executive at Brkthru is responsible for hunting new territory and developing new business. This is a critical and highly visible position that is integral to growing revenue and maintaining client relationships at Brkthru.
Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and prospective business opportunities
Conduct in-depth needs analyses across various industries and business types
Consistently close and secure new business to drive revenue growth
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging digital media solutions
Proactively identify and solve challenges, engaging in direct and strategic conversations both internally and externally
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans
Generate new business through networking, outreach, and strategic prospecting
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations
Address and resolve client concerns in a timely, professional manner to foster long-term relationships
Ensure timely payment collections in alignment with company standards
Cultivate lasting client relationships, driving retention and growth
Secure client referrals and testimonials to support business development efforts
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system
Participate in all required meetings and adhere to company expectations for responsiveness and engagement
Perform additional duties as needed
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in new business sales within the advertising industry
2+ years of experience in digital media sales preferred (Programmatic, CTV/OTT, Audio, DOOH, etc.)
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments
Proven ability to uphold company Core Values in client and internal interactions
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Ability to travel for client meetings and internal team gatherings as needed
Must be based in or near a top 100 DMA
