We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing and possess a deep understanding of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the field. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve our business objectives. We are looking for an all-rounder with strong expertise in many of these areas and the ability to become expert in the areas that are new to him/her.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, content marketing, and display advertising
Develop creatives, design on Canva & other tools
Expertise to run a campaign on Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram & Other Social media platforms
Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and creative, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives
Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results and ROI
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation
Monitor and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective campaign execution
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives and achieve desired outcomes
Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior members of the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and growth
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
Master's degree preferred
Experience in IT Industry only
Proven track record of success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results and achieve business objectives
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and extract actionable insights to inform decision-making
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas, influence stakeholders, and build consensus
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, and Mailchimp
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and a passion for innovation
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating leadership and mentorship qualities
