We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can drive our marketing vision, strengthen our brand presence, and lead digital marketing initiatives that generate awareness, engagement, and qualified business opportunities.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Define quarterly and annual marketing roadmaps
  • Identify new opportunities for lead generation, brand awareness, and market expansion
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
  • Provide strategic recommendations to leadership regarding marketing investments and initiatives
  • Maintain and strengthen Bridgesoft brand identity across all channels
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, visual branding, and customer communication
  • Establish and enforce brand guidelines
  • Review and approve social media creatives, marketing videos, promotional campaigns, event marketing materials, product marketing collateral
  • Provide feedback and creative direction to designers and content teams
  • Review and approve blog articles, website content, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, social media content
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice, SEO best practices, and business goals
  • Review website designs and UI/UX recommendations
  • Ensure website pages align with branding and conversion goals
  • Approve landing pages, campaign pages, and website enhancements
  • Work closely with development teams to optimize user experience and lead conversion

Requirements
