Job Description:

A growing organization is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through targeted marketing efforts including paid media, email, SEO, and social media.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools
Manage and optimize paid search (PPC), display, and social ad campaigns for performance and ROI
Create and schedule organic social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other platforms
Collaborate with creative and content teams to align visuals and messaging with brand strategy
Support SEO efforts through on-page optimization, keyword research, and content recommendations
Maintain and update website content using CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify
Stay current on digital trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve performance

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on campaign execution
Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio)
Strong knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research
Experience with social media content creation and scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice to have:

Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms like WordPress or Squarespace
eCommerce or B2B marketing experience
