The Digital Strategy team at Aramark is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to support and oversee marketing campaigns and content across platforms including web, email and social media. We are looking for a results-driven marketing specialist which requires someone to have experience leading major enterprise projects as well as expertise in digital marketing development and execution. The person in this role should be comfortable in organizing multiple workstreams while keeping a keen eye towards the final product and effective customer experience and ROI.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with external B2B agency and various internal marketing teams on development of B2B content and campaigns and ensure deliverables and timelines are being met
Assist with HubSpot email campaigns which will include audience segmentation and builds, content creation, testing, launch, and execution
Assist with digital advertising campaigns using platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, including strategy, execution, and reporting
Maintain global Aramark Digital Asset Management platform including product updates, features and assist with governance and training new users
Coordinate content collection and review from various marketing leads
Support website updates by leveraging the content management system (Adobe Experience Manager)
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
1-2 years’ experience in similar role
Solid understanding of digital marketing
Excellent communicator and creative thinker with strong attention to detail and personal ownership over projects
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience using Digital Asset Management tools such as Bynder
Experience using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express
Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
Demonstrated personal record of success and effective performance
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and follow-up skills
Comfortable with learning new technologies and systems
Nice to have:
Experience in website content management systems, Google Analytics, and/or image editing software a plus
