In this role, as a Digital Marketing Manager you are responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote a company or brand’s products. Have to manage various channels like social media networks, Google Ads, website content and email marketing to deliver a persuasive and cohesive marketing message to target audience.
Job Responsibility:
Do website audit and recommend a holistic architecture
Review and analyze the website traffic to gain meaningful insights
Lead the technical SEO and fix all issues of crawling and indexing
Collaborate with content team to prepare content calendar and manage the publishing targets
Strong understanding on Core Web Vitals, Sitemaps, Robots.txt
Strategize the link building and gain more authoritative links
Experience in Campaign Optimization like email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns. (Generating decisions, scaling up campaigns, etc.)
Experience in growth strategies and media planning & brand Uplift
Proven track record of successfully leading enterprise-level paid search accounts by supporting from media planning to execution
Strong hold on creating & implementing Search Install campaigns and build data-driven strategies to deliver consistent growth
Core understanding of Google tag manager conversions tracking and attribution modeling including pixel/tags creations, conversion setting, look back window, and custom variables
Optimize targeting according to changing search trends & handle client escalations
Good command over Google analytics, search, screaming frog, HubSpot, Hootsuite
Detailed understanding of marketing concepts & brand communications
Analyzing website and social media pages, then making recommendations for improvement
Gain and maintain the SERPs for targeted keywords
Meet the quarterly and yearly SEO traffic targets
Create weekly and monthly updates like SERP reports, traffic and leads analysis
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
Proficiency in WordPress and in-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEM rush, Ahrefs, Screaming frog)
Experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
