To support our growing consumer-facing business in the Benelux region, we are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on paid media and social platforms. Role Overview: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of digital marketing and paid media advertising across key social media platforms. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and strong execution skills. You will work independently while collaborating closely with regional marketing, product team and sales teams to drive brand awareness, user engagement, and performance results.
Job Responsibility:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram) , TikTok and Google Ads, including budget management, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization
Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), covering both paid campaigns and organic content
Independently create and adapt marketing and advertising creatives (social posts, banners, ad visuals)
Localize and manage digital content for the Benelux market, including banners, landing pages,and social media posts
Take ownership of digital marketing projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results
Coordinate with internal teams, key partners, and external agencies when needed, while being able to work with minimal supervision
Ensure brand consistency across all digital communication channels
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, paid media best practices, and platform updates
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a Social Media or performance marketing role
Proven experience managing paid social media campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, especially paid ads and social media marketing
Good graphic design skills, capable of independently creating and editing marketing and advertising materials using Adobe tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop
Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics, CMS systems, and social media management platforms
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership and leading projects independently
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Native Chinese speaker is required
strong written and spoken English is a must, able to work and communicate independently in an international environment
Nice to have:
Experience working with consumer brands, electronics, or technology products
Experience working in a regional or international marketing team
2+ years of work experience with Adobe Photoshop
2+ years of work experience with Adobe Illustrator
