Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage the company’s digital presence and execute marketing strategies focused on brand growth. Responsibilities include overseeing digital marketing efforts, optimizing the Shopify platform, collaborating with leadership teams, analyzing performance metrics, and developing marketing budgets in a fast-paced, small-business environment.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage all digital marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
Manage the company’s Shopify platform, including UI/UX optimization and digital strategy execution
Partner with leadership to evaluate current marketing initiatives, explore cost-saving opportunities, and identify innovative ways to promote the brand
Collaborate with the in-house team on strategic campaigns and day-to-day operations
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using dashboards and other tools to provide actionable insights
Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to produce measurable results.

Requirements:

Strong background in CPG marketing, with a particular focus on platforms like Instacart and Walmart Connect
Proficient in Shopify, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and digital analytics
Passion for numbers, analytics, and data visualization
Ability to provide insights and actionable recommendations based on performance metrics
Experience working with small teams
Ability to adapt, roll up your sleeves, and assist in various capacities.
