Job Responsibility:
Manage and optimize the company website
Improve landing page performance and SEO-driven copy
Research and implement technical and on-page SEO improvements
Analyze competitor digital presence and identify opportunities
Develop and manage email campaigns, including lead capture forms and landing pages
Execute digital campaigns designed to drive qualified leads and demo requests
Support marketing automation initiatives and engagement tracking
Manage LinkedIn and YouTube channels
Launch and optimize social campaigns to increase reach and impressions
Monitor paid performance and conversion metrics
Track website analytics and campaign performance
Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights
Identify optimization opportunities to improve conversion rates and ROI
Requirements:
Proven experience in technical SEO
Experience optimizing WordPress websites
Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion optimization
Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
Experience identifying target audiences and building campaigns that inform, engage, and convert
Ability to develop digital marketing strategies and break them into actionable execution plans
Comfortable working with data and translating insights into strategic recommendations
