We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to support growth‑focused, performance‑driven campaigns across email marketing, marketing automation, social media, content, SEO, and analytics. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys executing campaigns, analyzing data, and collaborating cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced healthcare / life sciences environment.
Job Responsibility:
Execute and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns aligned with business growth goals
Manage campaigns across email, social media, paid media, and SEO
Test and optimize strategies to drive engagement, conversions, and lead quality
Build and manage email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Execute nurture journeys, segmentation, and one-off sends
Monitor deliverability, open rates, CTRs, and overall campaign performance
Support social media planning, publishing, and optimization across key platforms
Contribute to content development including blogs, articles, short-form video, and social posts
Ensure content aligns with brand voice and industry compliance standards
Support SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility
Assist with landing page creation and funnel optimization
Analyze website traffic and content performance to improve user experience and conversion rates
Track and report marketing performance using Google Analytics and platform reporting tools
Communicate KPIs and insights clearly to internal stakeholders
Use data to inform recommendations and continuous optimization
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in digital marketing or marketing operations
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, SEO, and social media
Familiarity with CMS platforms, WordPress, and SEO tools (e.g., Semrush or similar)
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics
